Саncellation/Adjustment Policy.
Cancel free at least 30 calendar days prior to your arrival date! Cancellation/Adjustments made between 30 and 14 calendar days prior to the date of check-in incur a 15 USD fee. Cancellation/adjustments made between 14 and 7 calendar days prior to the date of check-in incur a 50 USD fee. Cancellation/adjustments made less than 7 calendar days before date of check-in are treated as no-shows and incur a penalty of one night's stay fee. We do not charge any fee for extending of your stay if the apartment is available for dates requested.

Check-in/check-out rules.
Regular check-in time is after 2.00PM and regular check-out time is noon (12.00PM). Early check-in & late check-out is additional 50% of one night's stay if apartment is vacant.

Additional information.
1) HIGH SEASON / EXPO PERIOD FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
2) All cancellations, incurring 1 night's stay fee will be calculated at the highest tariff (1 night stay). EXAMPLE: If you're reserving 14 nights, and canceling stay 3 days before check-in date, you have to pay a full night's stay fee from "1 night stay" rate and not from "11-20 nights stay" rate.
3) The early check-in cannot be earlier than at 9 am and the late check-out cannot be later than at 6 pm. If you wish to check-in earlier or check-out later, you'll have to pay for the whole night.
